Good sized rooms with comfortable bed & spa bath

Excellent facilities plus spa bath, felt like home. the location was particularly good, close to markets in town

Really happy with service and accommodation. Nice and close to activities and tourist attractions. Comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Breakfasts were excellent. Really, really good. Furnishing were of a good quality. Kitchen was quite well equipped. Good selection of complimentary DVDs.

Barely adequate heating with young children to warm. Pointed this out but nothing practical offered. Electric blankets a plus and saved the day (night). Noisy plumbing during night from units above woke us a number of times. Cold, damp towels - towel rail not heated. Family unit with multiple bedside/occasional tables with unsecured glass tops not a great idea... A little bit pricey overall but breakfast saved the day! Would prefer a "maybe" option to the 'would you recommend question' but we don't stay in motels very often so maybe our expectations are a bit unrealistic. Though we did pick Silver Fern due to the recommendations of others and it was definitely the higher end of the tariff range so our expectation was understandably toward the upper end.

The unit is well-appointed and nicely decorated. the bed is comfortable. - the spa bath in the bedroom is a nice touch. - the location is convenient, close to main attractions and restaurants. - the service provided was excellent.

Super base for travelling to Rotorua and exploring local places. The staff - attentive and accommodating. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Fabulous area, magnificent and unbeatable location, so close to Rotorua, town centre and Restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Ciabatta Cafe and Bakery nearby. Great choice for weekend.

The accommodation had a great location with a cozy living area and kitchen in our fabulous room.

Great reception by owner/staff. Welcoming. Beautiful luxury room. Confortable with the heat pump in there made it nice and warm. I t was a clean well presented room and kitchenette with all we needed.

This place is conveniently located near popular attractions and offers excellent service.

Having adjourning rooms with our family

The cleaner didn't take away the rubbish - which we had stacked neatly for her to do - and as we were cooking for ourselves, this was an important function.

Would stay here again with my friends. The staff is excellent here, the services are excellent, and location is particularly good very close to town centre, planning activities and the supermarket

Great location right in the heart of everything. Our room came with handy amenities like an electric kettle, microwave, and central heating for chilly nights. 🌟
